Upon arrival inspected unit and found 2nd floor system low 2.88lbs r410 a. End pressures 325-8°/128-20° 2nd floor. Threw guages on first floor due to shut down noise complaint, basement unit charge at 329-8°/123-10° no concerns on system compressor just oil loggs during shutdown and you can hear the compression. Performed leak search for 2nd floor system due to charge being sufficiently low and found no leaks on system. Delta T for 2nd floor at 23° airflow at 825cfm per homeowner request on noise complaints from higher speeds. All systems operational at this time.

Found that water was coming from condensation on outside of the drain pipe from dehumidifier. Raised dehumidifier up on rubber pads to increase drain slope to avoid water sitting in the drain line. Also recommend getting a standalone dehumidifier for unfinished section of basement as there are no vents and the door stays shut. Air reading in the basement showed air temperature of 71F, relative humidity of 58%, and a dew point of 55F. Water coming from dehumidifier was approximately 45-50F, and below the dew point, in turn causing condensation. Lowering the humidity and dew point in the room will ensure that no condensation will build up on the outside of the pipe.

Inspection of split unit showed failed 45uf capacitor. Replace with new 45uf capacitor and test run operation. Previously quoted repairs are highly recommended as stress on the compressor due to loop flow coils have caused this but there is no definite answer.
